Account and data deletion

In Reluvoa, open Your space menu, then Privacy. You can remove history, reset learning, forget a person, erase server data or delete your Reluvoa account.
Account deletion requires recent authentication, a secure connection and explicit confirmation. After the server confirms the operation, Reluvoa deletes the Firebase account, linked devices, client-encrypted recovery archive and attributable technical data, then clears private app-managed data.
Google Play or App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the Store. Exports and copied text must be deleted where you saved them.
If the in-app action is unavailable, email contactsnormal@gmail.com from the account address with subject Delete my Reluvoa account. Do not send a conversation, screenshot, archive, password, MFA code, recovery code or security code.
